4th Orbital Location for Dish 1000.2

I have a dpp 1000.2 that currently sees sats at 119, 110 and 129. I guess I can hook up another antenna with a single LNB to the 1000.1. Would I want to point it at 61.5 sat? Would it help with rain fad? Would I get any extra programming? (I have AT250 and HD Plat). Any suggestions for different sat location.

Your only benefit would be 118 for international programming, if so desired. But if that's what you want, a Dish 1000+ would be the better solution.

Probably 72.7 would be a better bet, but... This won't work as we might like. The receiver will not dynamically switch from 129 to 72.7 if the signal strength on 129 goes below threshold.

Nope, won't pick up anything for programing. A lot of 61.5 programing is being moved to 72.
