4900 screen went black.......

was watching showtime & in the middle of a movie the screen just went black. the power light was still lit, but nothing. tried to turn off the receiver with the remote & power button on the receiver, still nothing. unplugged receiver & now can't get any power at all. what gives.

If you can't re-set the IRD with the PC unplug call your retailer and inquire about a Dish'n It Up upgrade.

You could also call 1-800-333-3474 & ask about a Smart-Card replacement if you ahven't already had one.
