I just moved to europe. Is there a way I could get channels on Intelsat 903 at 34.5°W , LyngSat?

Unless the satellite beam is aimed towards Europe, the answer is no

yes, but...

For C-band reception on Intelsat 903 (4-digit frequencies), anything listed as being in the NE zone should be receivable.
There appear to be some actual FTA signals.

For Ku-band reception (5-digit frequencies), anything listed as being in Spot 1 should be receivable.
From looking at Lyngsat (not always 100% correct), it looks like mostly feeds and scrambled signals, so you're on your own.

See the links above for coverage maps, signal levels, frequencies, and status.
