322 Dish receiver

I can not get my tv2 light the blue light to come on on the receiver. It was on and could not get any response so turned off the receiver (unplugged) and now the blue light is off and can not turn it back on. Is there a way to do this with the receiver without the remote? Have gone thru the steps to set the modulator output to 77 and cable and have saved the changes.

TV2 is only controlled with the TV2 remote.

That's tru. The only way to "control" the blue light is with the remote control # 2

and if the remote is not doing it, it is addressed wrong. go to tv one with tv one remote. hit menu menu. stand there and point the tv2 remote at it and hit record on tv2 remote.

go to menu 6-1-3. On that screen look at the blue 2 and the remote address is listed... press and hold the sat button on the top of the tv2 remote until all of the lights light up. press whatever the number on the screen for "2" was and press pound. Should work now...
