211k EHD DVR fee question

If I have an account with two VIP 211k's and I want to add an external hard drive to both receivers, does the $40 fee cover both or would it be $80? Also, how much to upgrade my AT200 package to HD for life? Thanks for the help, though I'm sure this has been asked before. I'm looking at my options to upgrade my 501 and 301 setup.

Covers both . HD free for life should be at no cost, just autopay and paperless if you qualify.

No. No re-up.
