I have a 211 that has worked really well for the past few months. A few days ago, my wife turned on the box and it said it was searching for signal and went through all transpoders with nothing as a result.
I reset the box, hard and soft and still get the same error message. No connections we moved or changed and my other televisions (622) work fine!
I ran a test and the box says their is no signal.. Any suggestions before I have to pay the trip charge for Dish to come out?
BTW, what is with the 49.99 trip charge or the $ 29.99 trip charge if you have the warranty?
