I'm a little surprised that ABC, CBS and NBC are still going for a three-hour Primetime. That was to be their way of saving money and giving the affiliates another hour of local advertising. Then again, since many of the big three affiliates are debuting their 10PM news on a sister station, maybe they figured that wasn't going to work.

NBC: I’ll continue with Chicago Wednesday. I’ll give Happy’s Place a try because I like Melissa Peterman. Finished found, but really lost interest halfway through the season. Probably won’t continue.

CBS: so glad Elsbeth is starting at the beginning of the season. So much better thanTracker. No interest in The Summit. Not optimistic about NCIS Origins.

Wow. ABC Disney is not looking good. A couple WWE moves: NXT moves from USA to CW and Smackdown moving from Fox to USA.
It does not look good for any of then, I posted this in the Cord Cutter Forum-

ABC only 5.5 Hours of new scripted content/episodes
NBC-10 Hours
CBS-13 Hours
FOX-6 Hours including 2 Hours of cartoons

That is out of 21 Hours in the 8-11pm time frame, 7 days for ABC, NBC, CBS.
except for Fox, 14 hours.

Every year, new content goes down, monthly bill goes up.

Superman and the Librarians is the only two shows I would watch on this network after they cut out all the D.C. superhero shows.

I guess I have grown into CBS at age 62. I watch a lot of these shows off CBS. I don't watch Blue Bloods, Fire Country or Swat or the Equalizer. Love Elsbeth and will watch Matlock because of Kathy Bates and looking forward to George and Mandy's first marriage.

The only current show in all that I watch is The Rookie.

I plan to try The Librarians although I can't recall the last time I watched something on CW. I'll read a little about the others but not aware of anything else new I will be interested in.

CBS just put out when the season starts, all new scripted content shows do not start until the middle of October, probably because most of shows are only going to have, roughly, 10-18 episodes this season, so to get costs down, due to the loss of per sub fees and advertising revenues.

I said this in the NFL Schedule thread, but I am surprised that ABC/Disney didn't put more MNF on like they did this past year during the writers strike. That would beef up their schedule more than the 5ish games they are going to have on. Also, I noticed Family Guy is not on the FOX Schedule at all - it was moved to Wednesday's this past winter/spring. I know they have one more season left on FOX, so surprised it is not anywhere on the schedule.
