Thats not saying much, the Browns looked good against them for awhile, till they got back in the game.
Yeah but the Ravens are a good (possible playoff) team,& Flacco is a good QB(not great,but good).
You guys have issues on both sides of the ball but I especially don't like the offense. The defense is in a traditional period as you guys try to get younger. Your OC doesn't convince me Jim. Haley did an ok job at AZ but stunk in KC as a head coach and stinks so far with the steelers.
He's had his moments when he has a line .... other than that, lets let Ben run the No Huddle, thats when they have had thier most success, in the No Huddle, Ben calls the plays, why do we need Haley ? To slow them down ?

Should be equally as angry about schools calling the police to come in & arrest the same children & hauling them off in handcuffs for misbehaving. That is as much child abuse as spanking your children. I made a vow by the way never to use anything but my hand on my children when they were young because of my father using a belt on me when I was growing up. My father said that he made a vow never to hit us with a belt more than 3 times because of his parents hitting him. Nowadays,Mark my words,raising your voice to your children,or giving them time out will be considered child abuse. I listen on the news about children running wild because their parents don't have them under control or "properly disciplined." News flash,if a parent does "properly discipline" their child,they'll be charged with child abuse. So they leave the disciplining of their little 6 year old to the school & local police department(with a criminal record to follow the little tyke for the rest of his/her life). Political correctness,gotta love it.

This is a witch hunt now,playing on our feelings. Who would dare defend Adrian Peterson in today's climate. The older generation,like me,remembers that's how it was done. The younger generation is appalled. We're so enlightened now(& the most out of control undisciplined society ever). We don't spank our children & our children curse us out.

I started a new thread so that we can discuss off field activities like Adrian Peterson & all of the other players who seem to be getting into trouble with the law,& then we can just leave this thread to discuss football only.
