Got the 2 big signings done, Bickell and Leddy. Bolland and Frolik gone, but understandable. Trying to resign Emery, but I have my doubts they'll be able to. Someone will offer him a good chance and a #1 spot and he'll go for it.

I thought he ended up 1st and 2nd team all-star. The stupid part of this is that people that vote on this honor don't even know what position he plays. 40+ writers voted for him on a position that he doesn't play.

If the word from the beat writers on Twitter are even close then it may appear that I was wrong. Sources are saying that he has informed the Sens that he will not be back. This is a surprise to me as I really figured he would resign. Most are currently saying that Detroit is the front runner right now.

Well you got another OLD player. Not sure I really like the signing for the Wings but what do I know. I would much rather go for a longer term player than a 1 year agreement with a 40 year old at the end of his career.
