WHO ???
And THAT trumps the NHL Stanley Cup Finals ?
Probably was scheduled far in advance. Plus the gate for the arena is more for the concert, since the nhl is controlling the gate for the finals.
Ya really think so .... ?
A concert that no one knows, is that gonna pack the place , probably not.
I can't believe that the NHL didn't discuss this awhile back, I can pretty much tell you that if it was the NFL or MLB they would have the center and the concert would be moved.

You gotta get out more. I'm 50 and know who they are.
Concerts like this are scheduled months in advance. Who knew the Canucks would make the Finals? Should all NHL arenas go dark in May and June except for their games??
It's not the first time an event has caused this. Hell, Oprah's last shows just did it a couple weeks ago to the Bulls...
Jimbo said:Actually they have known the dates of the playoff for MANY MONTHS .....YES, the areana's of teams in contention should not have anything scheduled there till they know for sure that the local team wont be using it.
You can definably tell Vancouver is an up and comer.
I'm with Cosmo on this. You can't realistically expect these arenas to go dark for two months on the assumption that they'll still be playing. My God, these venues would go bankrupt if they operated like that!Actually they have known the dates of the playoff for MANY MONTHS .....YES, the areana's of teams in contention should not have anything scheduled there till they know for sure that the local team wont be using it.

We're heading to overtime...
