If the Broncos beat the Chiefs next week & make it to the playoffs........it looks like they'll be playing Pittsburgh or Baltimore. Watch Tebowmania turn into Tebow hysteria if they make it past those two teams, because NOBODY in their right mind would believe that they could.

Wow Tebow and the Broncos played there worst game of the season. 3 interceptions in a row for Tebow including one in his endzone on what would of been a nice scoring drive.

But like anything Tebow wants to send it to the wire. Thus making the last game of the season mean something. He just needs to beat the same team who beat the Packers... !!!

The lord works in mysterious ways, things happen for a reason, etc.

Read somewhere that Rams headcoaching job best out there. I wonder to myself why....then I read this: they have a franchise QB in Bradford, will get a ton if they have either the #1 or #2 overall pick and has more cap space than ANY team in the NFL next year.

Ok, I am convinced...

We need the obvious, the Raiders win at home. Then, a Donkeys loss(vs. Chiefs), a Bengals(vs. Ravens) loss and a Jets win(vs. Dolphins).

IF the Raiders get in as a WC, they would go to the Texans(tough)...if they win the AFC West, they would face the Steelers....(tougher)...

..ouch! But the hell with it... I want them in!

If the Broncos and Raiders win, and the Bengals lose, then they both are in. Not sure what order.

Is anybody else getting excited about the upcoming Arena Football League season starting March 9th? We need to start an Arena Football League 2012 season thread so we can keep up with all of our favorite teams. I missed the Arena Football League player draft(did they have one?),& I'm not sure when training camp opens up........well,honestly I'm not sure of anything that has to do with the Arena Football League because, like you,I don't take it seriously either.

You have a favorite AFL team?? Seriously?

The top 2 get 1st round byes, right.
Any idea what scenario needs to happen for that ?

The Buffalo Bills need to show life again & beat the Patriots like they beat the Broncos,& the Bengals have to defeat the Ravens. The playoff scenario for the Broncos would then be Ravens,(if the Broncos win) Most likely the Steelers,(& if they win again)most likely the Patriots. I wonder how they would do the playoff schedule if both the wildcard teams come from the AFC North? Also, what if both AFC North wildcard teams advance to play against the bye teams? I ask because doesn't the NFL try to keep teams from the same division from playing against each other in the playoffs for as long as they can while advancing up the playoff ladder?

That's what i posted, the steelers need to win and the bungles need to win so the steelers get a bye and the patriots need to lose so the steelers get the first overall.

Not what I read. From all indications, the ONLY way the Broncos are in is winning the AFC West:

Denver cannot be a wild-card team. Oakland is still alive in the wild card race, but it trails Cincinnati, 9-6, by a game. According to ESPN Stats & Information

How Broncos Can Win AFC West:

1) DEN win

OR

2) OAK loss

OR

3) DEN tie + OAK tie

How Raiders Can Win AFC West:

1) OAK wins AND DEN loses

Oakland clinches wild card spot with:

1. OAK win + CIN loss + TEN loss or tie OR

2. OAK win + CIN loss + NYJ win

That was according to the AFC Blog on ESPN.

Come on,the Arena Football League is the "methamphetamine" of football. It's what people who are sooooooooooo addicted to football watch to get their football high. Otherwise, they'd have to wait until July 2012 for any semblance of "real football"(& that would be the CFL first to start playing) to return.

Maybe it wasn't the egg nog, maybe it's the meth.......
