Well the Giants have a hell of a game on Sunday against the Packers. Its supposed to be 18 degrees in Green Bay on Sunday. You cant say enough about the Pack. Even if the Giants play a great game on defense, no way the Packers dont score at least 20 pts. They are that good.

18 degrees? It'll never compare to the 2007 0 degree game in Green Bay with the Green Bay Bikini Girls in attendance.

Sorry,I got my years wrong,it was actually 2008 when the game was played. I thought the linemen on both teams were crazy for wearing their near sleeveless jerseys in such cold weather & then they panned through the spectators & showed the Green Bay Packers Bikini Girls.

Even though he didn't get hurt by not throwing short passes to his running backs in the game against the Steelers,Tim Tebow should consider the short up the field passes to his backs if they are open like they seemed to be against the Steelers yesterday. It seemed like he was looking for the "home run" throw to one of his receivers & if they weren't open to his liking, then he'd run. When I compare what Tebow didn't do with "check down" passes to Eli Manning preventing a sack by that shovel pass he threw yesterday......Like I said yesterday,Tebow seemed adverse to throwing short up the middle passes to his backs who seemed open. It definitely would have prolonged the drive & covering the Broncos' running backs seemed to be the last thing on the Steelers minds yesterday.

Actually, that was the one aspect of the game the Steelers took away. They stacked the line and played man coverage, thus taking away the short intermediate passes, tempting Tebow to beat them with his arm on long/down field passes, which he ended up capitalizing on. Look at the 1st quarter compared to the rest of the game. It was in the Broncos original game plan to throw short/safe passes. But the Steelers weren't allowing it, so they adjusted to what the Steelers were doing. I give the Broncos a lot of credit for making adjustments and not being overly stubborn and sticking to a plan that clearly wasn't working when they came out of the gates.

It would have been enough, I even said so to my Dad at the game right before overtime and The Play. Right after I said well that's enough time!!

BUT.......................

The damn thing stopped 30 minutes early!!

You should get DirecTV. They have a mobile app where you can adjust your DVR schedule on the fly, remotely.

Hmmm,
Don't know where your looking here that you are seeing Crying Steeler fans ....

Where are these BANDWAGON Steeler fans your talking about ?

Did you watch the game? TONS of terrible towel waiving fans at the Denver game. And you know all of those fans didn't travel from Pitt.

Really, Seriously ?

You really want the list of players that were in and out and out ?

You want the ones that DID play that shouldn't have as well ?

3 starters on the O nine went out by halftime.
2 on the D line were out for the game before halftime Hampton and Keisel I think it was, Heyward came in tom play for him.
Ryan Clark, we knew wouldn't play.

Mendenhaul we knew wouldn't play.

Theres 7 off the top of my head.

Keisel and Hampton off the D line and Starks off the O line for starters will all be going to have knee surgery soon.

IF you want to start making excuses, you should really excuse your team from even having the possibility to play in OT. That lateral was a fumble and a botched call by the refs. It wasn't called though and you kept the ball, drove down the field and scored. Even if the Steelers would've won, it would've been tainted.

Hey Bill, what's the word up north about McD coming back to the Pats. Is there a feeling he will be able to give an edge? Brady said something like that today I guess.

What's the general feeling?

I think he's a bit removed, but he'll know some tendencies, I suppose.

I was just wondering the same thing. The McDaniels factor is a serious edge to be considered. While the scheme is different from when he coached, he does know a lot of the players and their tendencies.

That seems to be the consensus (especially with Tebow).

I realize this move was made before the Broncos won yesterday, but I'm still surprised the NFL allowed it. I've never heard of a team hiring a new coach in the middle of the playoffs.

Yep. How is it ok for coaches to switch teams this late in the season, but not players. I don't like the feeling of this. It just seems wrong.

There were several questionable calls (spots

No call in that game could have ended up being more crucial then the backward pass that the crack officiating team assigned to this game completely blew. I agree that there were questionable calls, but they went BOTH ways. No need for any Steelers fans to make excuses. The team was decimated by injury and put up a very valiant fight.

And there it is........It's the same thing EVERY game. The Steelers are the most tortured team in the NFL.

This is just completely laughable.

What about the facemasks on Tebow that were not called??

What about the blown call by the refs on the lateral that could have changed the course of the game. Steelers don't score, Broncos get the ball at the Steeler 35.

And there was holding by the Steelers that never got called either. Apparently the refs weren't concerned with it. OR.......................

The Denver O-line was actually better than the Steeler D-line yesterday.........impossible you say??? I say.....look at the scoreboard.

I saw at least 2 that weren't called.

And his career long is ?

You don't know without looking it up either.

If you can kick them 55 yards in Pittsburgh, you can kick it a hell of a lot longer in Denver.

His career long ever was 52 yards when he played for the Redskins. His long for Pittsburgh was 51 yards.

I'm sure the Broncos never thought they would actually be on the hook for this money when Tebow signed his deal...

The Denver Broncos' victory over the Pittsburgh Steelers on Sunday turned into a nice payoff for quarterback Tim Tebow in more ways than one.

Tebow has an escalator of $250,000 in his contract for each playoff victory assuming he participated in at least 70 percent of Denver's plays during the requisite season, according to an NFL source.

Being that he played 73 percent of Denver's plays this season, Tebow cashed in on a quarter-million salary escalator after his latest shocker -- an 80-yard touchdown pass on the first play of overtime Sunday to beat Pittsburgh 29-23 in the wild-card playoffs.

The play, according to Twitter, spawned a record 9,420 tweets per second.

Tebow could earn another $250,000 with another victory Saturday night at New England against the Patriots in a divisional-round game.

Even so, as long as they're winning, Tebow remains a bargain. Case and point...

In 2012, Tim Tebow is scheduled to make $1.95 million. Ben Roethlisberger is scheduled to make $11.6 million

Sort of a ridiculous comparison. A better comparison would be what Cleveland is paying Colt. They've played about the same time.
