2010-11 NBA PLAYOFFS

Now, Salsa has a good point, NJ is a good candidate for Howard and maybe CP3...since they saved lots of money by not getting Carmelo Anthony...
If Howard joins the team, what will happen to Brooke?

UGH! Swept? Really? How embarrassing!! The cheap shots in the game were uncalled for and made the whole team look like the Pistons of the 80's and 90's

The Lamar shot was cheap, no doubt, but there was some theatre to that on Dirk's part. I was disappointed in Lamar cause I thought he was better than that.

Byum, I don't know him well to say that he was capable of that.

Yeah, you'd like to think a team can lose with a little class and dignity. There was too much of neither on the Laker side...

Hey, look at the bright side...at least you have plenty of time for garlic festivals now...

Garlic festivals? What is that?

Actually, the Celtics could trade Ray Allen ($10M) and Rasheed Wallace ($6m), each of whom's contract expires in 2012, and the Clippers 2012 first round pick (always a high one) for Paul, giving the Hornets lots of cap room and a nice young building block. Pau wold have t believe that Garnett and Pierce have two years left in their tanks, however.

The "no handshake" from LeBoob a few years back pales in comparison to the classlessness shown by the Lakers. Cheap, uncalled for and disturbing. The organization and fans alike should be embarrassed to be associated with this.

LOL Oh my goodness I forgot how crazy certain people went around here back when Lebron did that. Funny how some perspectives have changed. ;)

I expect heavy fines for both and suspensiones for next season at least for Bynum. Multiple suspensions. Not just one game.

Please don't start poking at others already. Personally i don't care if lebitch shakes hands or not after the game. I'm not personally involved. What the lakers did yesterday is disgusting. Bunch of sore losers except for kobe. He's a pro. Coach too. There just isn't a good excuse for it win or lose.

What will happen to Rondo in your scenario?

FACT: Jordan never never lost an nba finals and he never got swept. No more discussion about Kobe being better or as good as MJ please.

I have to agree.

Yeah, what he said. Oh yeah this too.....;) :D:):p:rolleyes::cool::eek:

He's a valuable commodity. I don't remember what happend to Norm Nixon when the Lakers determined that they could be improved by playing Magic Johnson at the point...

I suppose you could try to ship Wallace and Allen and two first round picks for Howard or maybe substitute Green for one of them, and throw in the Celtic's own frst round pick, but even then, their own pick in any outlying year would e expected to be in the mid 20s so other clubs might have more to offer, and it wouldnt be as appealing a situation for Howad as he might find elsewhere

According to this ESPN, state-by-state poll, of the 49% of the 79,000 votes cast nationally say that he should be suspended for at least ten games. Only the California voters came in at under 40% (37%), actually)

That was just a gutless play. Hopefully the Mavericks were taking names and numbers, and Bynum will receive his just retribution sometime next year.

If that were to happen in the NHL, Bynum would already have spent some time in the dentist chair.
