And the other teams in the NHL arn't.... I belive that they just played a team that has 6 or 7 guys who can easly step up like any detroit player can. Detroit isnt the only good team out there, and I think the detroit fan base doesnt realize how good the hawks are as they should have won that game tonight 7 times over. Ozzgood was just that dam good, no denying that.
Well, it's official- the Stanley Cup Final is set, but it's not one I felt was going to happen at the start of the postseason.

I never understood that comment that we should have one that game..How about Huet, he was great too..I just don't get that at all..Also to say Wings fans do not understand the Hawks, is silly, we played them 6 times this year.. Nobody said they were not a very good team. I think they have been given props all over this place, I just do not think they are as good as Detroit!!!

See y'all Blackhawks back in the Conference Finals in another 14-years or so...
Well.. The hawks had over three solid goal ops that should have been in the back of the net, meaning that any other night they would have been and with any average goalie they would have been. I didnt see as many solid must have been in the goal's but somehow got mericaled out coming from detroit like chicago had. The only real one was where huet robbed you all at the end of the third. Chicago had shots like that all night but by some devine intervention they were mericaled out of the goal. Have some of the Stay Pufft marshmellow man!

I don't understand your comment, Sure Ozzie played great, had he not been there, then what .... Hawks would have scored many more goals with an empty net

Yeah, I noticed that too...NBC has to make the TV dollars! This is going to suck for some of the Wings older players, but Lindstrom and Datsyuk should be well rested and (hopefully) healthy.

I must admit my heart skipped a few beats last night during the game, but we did it!!
Congratulations to Chicago for a well played series and we look forward to many more during the coming years. In four short months it will be time for Training Camp and Pre-Season. The 09/10 season should be interesting .......
