I was out visiting my daughter and just caught up to the game in real time. The Wings are once again overwhelming the Ducks, but it's just a one-goal game going into the final period. In any case...Yikes!, a live game finally on NHL Network. The only problem is Comcast only carries the SD channels and it looks like crap!

Here's to a Game 7, guys!
Thanks, but I hope we'll pass on the offer. I don't know if it's the Wings depth that's coming through, but the Ducks don't look like the same team. The Wings outshot the Ducks 38-17 during the game and 223-138 for the series. Hiller kept them in the game through 2 1/2 periods.

Next up Carolina at Boston. The Bruins will have to up their play in order to get back into this series.

Now THAT was the Bruins team that I've watched through the regular season, and the first five games of the playoffs! :up

Let's see if they can carry that momentum into Raleigh for Game 6.

Very intense game in Beantown.

Tempers boiled over- couple of fights, lots of penalties, and a sucker punch that SHOULD garner a suspension!

A dominating performance by the Bruins this evening. I see this as a one-game series. Carolina has an opportunity to win the series in Raleigh Tuesday night. If they don't win Game 6 then Boston is going to win Game 7 on home ice.

Washington and Vancouver facing elimination tomorrow night. The Capitals have proven they can play with their backs against the wall and have the offensive weapons to get the job done. On the other hand, Vancouver is going to have a tough time coming back from 2-3 against Chicago. We shall see.

Let's hope they don't lose Ward. They're down 2 defensemen already.

Hours away from a Chicago - Detroit final! Oh how good that series would be, Its for all the marbles, and is a rivalry, and the two city's hate each other! Awta be good!
Rivalry? Hell, I didn't know they still played hockey in Chicago... Seriously, I don't recally the last time these two teams met in the playoffs - 1960s or 1980s?

NBA Finals
