2009 NCAA Men's Hockey Tournament

Which side of the bracket region are Air Force and Vermont in?

Which bracket would the winner face in the Frozen Four? Would they faced the winner of the West? Midwest? Mideast?

The Frozen Four is set up Northeast vs. East and West vs. Midwest.

So the Air Force-UVM winner would play the BU-UNH winner (that game is tomorrow night).

Controversial ending to a double overtime classic, but in the end the refs got it right!

Congrats to the Catamounts on their first Frozen Four berth in 33 years! :up

Vermont will play the BU-UNH winner. Either way, it will be a Hockey East battle in one of the national semifinal games.

Speaking of Vermont, until now, I knew them only as having basketball team that memorably upset Syracuse in the 2005 tourney (don't tell Salsa I said that).

Did some research- they have had some good players play for them- Martin St. Louis, John LeClair, Tim Thomas.

Congrats to Miami on their first ever Frozen Four berth.

UMD almost pulled another one out, but came up a bit short.

Another tremendous game in this incredible tournament!
