2 HD Tivos not picking up 1 OTA channel ?

Ok, HD tivos single has been going down on 1 of my OTA channels and not any others, I posted in the OTA forum but after I rescanned my internal Tvs OTA tuner I was able to get this channel back but not with the HD Tivo . I have tried rescaning with the HD tivo ( I have 2 HD Tivos and they both have lost this one channel all together) I have not tried to clear scanned off air channels , will ths get reid of the OTA channels all together? Then I can rescanned to pick them back up?
