I have Digiwave Technologies 12V switch.
I do not have any technical parameters of the switch.
Can I install it between receiver and motor or will it burn?
Any advice will be appreciated

What are you trying to accomplish with this switch?

Does your receiver have a 12V connection? If not, then you can't use the switch. It has nothing to do with the motor or coaxial connection as far as power. It gets its power independently.

It should not impact the signal or DiSEqC performance of the motor if you install the switch between the receiver and motor. This is basically an A/B switch with 12V switching control.

Look at the back picture of this obsolete Fortec Star 786NA receiver that has an RCA 0/12V connector (black in color).

Thanks for response.
I just got AZbox HD Elite and it is my first receiver with 12V output and 12V option in the dish menu.

When I modify my setup I am going to use the switch as A/B switch to select remote motorized dish or nearby stationary dish farm.

I was not sure if the 12V switch I got can withstand HH motor load because I could not get any technical spec. for the switch.
Thanks for clarification.
