103ca Suddenly Dead ... All Others in 90's

I'm getting all 0's on 103ca but 90's on 103cb and 99ca.

Using NON SWM Slimline 5.

Couldn't it also be a bad cable? Isn't 103ca on one cable only? I don't recall if it's 13v or 18v

It would lose both 103's. 103, 110, 119 is all tied together going in to a switch. I'd say it's an LNB

Yeah,I meant to post this earlier but 103ca is working fine for me,with all numbers in the 90's.

Could it be the BBC?

Guess I need to test it by removing it, "a" should work without it, "b" won't.

I kinda have a spare NON-SWM SlimLine 5, my spare is missing the feedhorn cover on the main feed. I'd prob break the one on the old one if I tried to swap the covers...

Otherwise I do have a SWM SlimLine 3 I could use, but I really don't want to give up 119 as I really enjoy the Tranquility music channel.

I'm guessing the summer heat is affecting the LNB?

That's right...I forgot about that...If it's installed on and asphalt shingle roof and it's in direct sunlight and it's hop( over 90) a good part of the day, that LNB is subject to temps as high as 130* or more.
Not good. The indication is intermittent signal loss.
Since the OP has it back, the heat related outage is the ticket

Ya it's your standard roof install.

All is working now that it has cooled down outside.

Should I swap it out with the other non SWM SL5 I have? They're both Winegard. Or should I go with the SWM SL3 I have?

I would go to the Non Swm SL5 you have and see how that responds ...

No need to throw the SWM into the equation unless you prefer that but I would go with the same equipment your currently using till you at least know you've fixed your issue.
