Yep realized that after my post that our locals had not moved, I saw some Washington DMA changes but its was the one north of us. And I just wanted to poke a little fun at the picture quality "experts".

Not sure if they have improved quality or not however,there is the possibility that the compression rate has decreased with more b/width available.
