The locals removed arent really removed. They were added in short market areas when (IIRC) Sinclair had their spat with Dish. These were imported in the place. When Sinclair and DIsh "kissed and made up" these were hidden for those short markets

Another locally produced cable only news channel in Sarasota, Fl. getting put on Dish for the Tampa market from a low power station WSNN-LD channel 39 called the Suncoast News Network. Im glad to see more of this happening.
