I was with them since 96' and the only thing they could do was drop some of my programming. Tried a couple of times and the result was the same, so that's what I ended up doing - I dropped all their programming. I do miss MRV though!

That usually works for be but sometime only a rest stops it. Wouldn't that make it a receiver issue? I have two 722k and it only seems to happen on one.

I lost the beginning of a PPV I recorded due to a thunderstorm. I called and they issued me a free PPV certificate because the beginning of the movie was lost due to rain fade.
