    A 75cm dish works in Morelia which is almost the same latitude as Mexico (19'N); don't see why it wouldn't work then

    No Go Shaw Direct on 100cm dish

    Looks like this is the answer to my troubles as well... Helping a Canadian friend here in Mexico trying to get his 505 working with the older 75E at his house in Mexico.. Exact same symptoms as described by Othea - vcode is 4323.. Will confirm that it all shakes out as expected THANKS !!!
