i have a superdish 105 type 1 i have for camping and what will happen when i take it out of its DMA to like des moines will i get my locals or what will happen?

i am a dish network guy but i am helping a directv guy at the campground and would you please tell me what the az. and elev. of 72.5(locals) is in zipcode 61282 i would greatly apreciate it.

if u have the 500 legacy use a sw44 and any direct tv dish and or dish 300 legacy. If you have a dish 500 pro use a dp44 or dp34 and a dish 300 pro. If you have a superdish with a dp34 replace it with a dpp44 and get a dish pro 300. aim at 61.5

what kind of diches do u have and what kind switches that will help

well sent email to ses americom told me it was up to dish network so i sent an email to ceo@dishnetwork.com asking the same question still no answer though.

i sent an email to ses americom regarding amc 15 and when it will be fully operational. hopefully they answer me and i will post the email from then as soon as i get an email from them. because i cant wait till amc 15 is operational goodbye 50's to 60's hello 80's 90's 100's.

well what satellite are you getting off your superdish that would be greatly appreciated is it a 105 or a 121?

hi my name is evan and i am 15 years old i live in illinois i am quite interested in satellites and there technology. I would like to get into the field but i dont know where to start i can aim dish 500s and superdishes and troubleshoot but what should i do to get into the satellite field? :)

i heard from an ex dish installer that there is a way to get a reciever to check for updates by looking at signal strength in a certain order or something can anyone elaborate on this or is this a bunch of BS.

well first if your going to have to aim it do the 110 lnbf by its self first hook up just the 110 lnbf to the reciever bypass the dp34 or dp44 then aim the 110 until you get the strongest signal on 110 (but make sure your skew is right menu 6-1-1 point dish aim dish) then get the strongest...

it could be your skew is not set right check you what your reciever says it should be menu 6-1-1 peak angles type in your area code ex 66666 select dish 500 it should say your skew then check if your skew is set right if it is its the tree good luck!

but still would the suerdish work with the non dish pro reciever? wouldnt they have to replace it?

ok i have a friend whos parents have had dish network for 5 years. they have a 301 500 legacy , and some older reciever. now they want to get two 322's and a superdish. Could this workcall dish neotwork and tell them that they want to cancel have dish network get the recievers and the dish off...

well i bought a superdish for camping for 50$ :) . Checked it out in front lawn it worked to a certain extent it got 110 and 119 but no 105 the check switch showed that i had no feed from the 105 fss lnbf but when i hooked up my signal meter to the 105 line i aimed it and got what seemed to be...

is there anyother non dishnetwork switch you can use with a superdish or is there not?
