Thanx for all your replies. I called US net, 5 footer is $500... ugh.... They offered me a actual 4 footer for $70. I started calling resellers in PR and I found one who sells me a 5 footer for $230 installed. He even recommended that I eliminate the 32" one US net installed and...

The original installer is US Net. I called the tech who installed the service and he offers me a 5 feet antenna for $350 installed. :confused:

This is ridiculous. It's raining and I completly lost my signal. I call the tech guy and he says I should get a 5 feet antenna to added to the current antenna I have installed. Is there any online vendor of these so I can start comparing prices?

Ok, I think there is some confussion here. While WIPR does present PBS programs, it doesn't mean WIPR is a PBS station. Actually I doubt that half of those shows shown are still being run on WIPR.

yes, im getting it. WIPR does run some PBS programming for educational purposes.

WIPR is not a PBS station. It's the goverment's funded channel.

I got the locals included in the Puerto Rico offer included. $29.99 with NY and PR local channels included. Not bad IMO.

Gracias por contestar! jejeje US net did the install. I switched the livingroom reciever to my room and it still didnt work. One strange thing is, that both recievers I tried turned themselves ON in like 10 segs after turning them off. This only happened in my room.
