I checked yesterday, and it has not. And I then I remembered, it is still only SD!
When I just checked FS2 was HD on channel 149...

Well figured out the Uplink Report Problem... sort of...
Its not a problem with the uplink report it is a problem with our server... We had a system upgrade which included upgrade of our web server software, the php software, the database software and a few other things... In doing these upgrades something changed and we are unable to sftp into the server and upload files. So there is a permissions issue there that I need to figure out and once that is done the Uplink Reports will work again.
