He has a HR44.....the tech replaced it (to which some of us were pissed that he got a 44)

If he has the 34 though, the remote has more colored buttons. The remote with the 44 doesnt have them all.

Can't push the Red Button, there isn't one on the 71 remote (71 comes with the HR44's)

because he had a HR34 installed then 2 months later they came and installed a HR44 when he "claimed" that it (the 34) was slow after a software update

Well said. I have had the same issues that sportman had with his HR34 for a long time, and they basically tell me "deal with it." Then of course, can you imagine dealing with this on the phone? I think I would replace it too!

I typed in my zip code for my weather I can not get it remember the zip code setting what do I do push to get it to change the weather location
