I put 4 chicken thighs and 2 large chicken breasts in the crock pot with garlic, salt, pepper, onion powder and chicken broth. I will pull and de-bone it around 5:30, then put the meat back in while I make mashed potatoes and noodles. Everyone is feeling a little under the weather, kids have a cough, and HIFI has five jobs to do, so I'm sure he'll be beat when he gets home. Hopefully the chicken and noodles works it's magic.
