Noobie with trouble

OK first of all not many of the posts on here make sense to me I wouldn't lnow a LNB if it smacked me upside the head. Next I am having a problem and after searching the internet this seemed like more people got the answers that they were looking for. My problem is I got the dish up ( I think is the round simplest dish) and when I go to the xponder test I only have readings on #'s 22-32 the rest are all 0's. My other readings from 22-32 are 2 in the 50's 2 in the 70's and the rest are 97-100. Why don't the transponders 1-21 have anything? What can I do to fix it?

That sounds like you might be pointing your dish at the 119 satellite instead of 101. If so, it should be looking 20-30 degrees to the east of where it is pointed now.
