Sorry, that's why Charlie gets the big bucks -- to make decisions and take the heat for them. As paying customers, we certainly have the right to express our dissatisfaction (or satisfaction) with those decisions.

We sure didn't need a six figure job to express our opinions of the CEO's of AIG, Lehmann Bros., et al after the financial collapse on Wall Street....
