What x2 receivers don't have the novatek chip? Can someone give me a list? I was looking at x2 receivers.

Can't tell you which models have what chip but based on my experience with an X2 Premium Mini and the god-awful support from the company my advice would be to look elsewhere for a receiver. There are a couple of threads on the forum worth reading on the X2 receivers and their issues. Just my $.02.

Danr I think the very first one they sold had it, I've still got one that works after 2yrs, which is hard to believe, lol. The specs in the little manual say Processor "NT78326" so I think that prob is novatek. Seems like I read somewhere that all the later versions of the box had a different chipset, but don't remember where I saw that.. You might be able to d/l the manuals off the x2 website and , if they list specs, find out that way.

The website (***.X2SAT.COM) does show specs and indicates the Processor chip.
