I know, but for next time if trying out some receivers and they don't work out they give a refund on the spot.

Ebay has given me satisfaction when I had a bad experience with a seller (not satellite related), they refunded me when the seller could not/would not satisfy my complaint.

There's a 180 day return window, and I think that X2sat is aware of it. They stalled me until the window had closed.
