WTHR (NBC) INDY LOCAL HD

Does anybody know why dish has not turned on WTHR NBC HD INDY local channel? Its been uplinked for months now. This is the olny one we are missing from the big 4.

If they would turn on this and MyNetwork TV I would be able to watch all of my stuff in HD. I would rather have these than the extra channels added to my TurboHD package. I heard the contract is up at the end of August, so hopefully it will be resolved by the start of football season. I want to be able to watch Sunday Night Football in HD especially since the Colts always play multiple games on Sunday nights every season.

I honestly don't see why we don't have MyNetworkTV yet since it is owned by Lin and we already have CBS.
