The guy didn't even watch last season! I agree that last season was bad, but the show is still one of the a kind. They can bring it back with good writing. I hated the show so much last season and I was ready to give it up, but after cooling down, I am willing to give it one more try.

last i read at tvguide.com there were plans to shoot the remaining 16 epis of season 7 by july.
as much as i've missed jack, having a yearlong break may end up doing 24 more good than harm. i don't think there isn't a die hard 24 fan who wouldn't agree how horrible season 6 was.....especially after the emmy winning season 5.
