wow 70mph wind in Los Angeles ..

Today has been one of the windiest days I've seen here in L.A in a long time.
In fact both my 6FT and 1.2m dishes went down which both sit on the ground.. Both have tilted into the ground.. don't even know if they got damaged since its cold and dark outside,,

I just hope my Slimline does not fly next door since the Laker game is about to start.

6FT Fortec dented a bit on one of the panels.. Don't think it will effect the performance.

1.2m with HH120 motor sitting on a pallot fall forward and landed on the Conical Scalar Ring with the CBAND LNB on the tip.. didn't crack so hopefully its fine, did jerk the coax quite a bit so could not tested it this am.

My OTA roof antenna was mounted on my chimney and did fly away and coax cable did snap off the connector, so looks like I will need a new OTA antenna now..

Other than that, the Slimline dish did withstand the 70mph force.
