I was wondering the same thing. If Zatarain was some evil mega-corporation or something, then maybe I would enjoy the result of the bad karma and all that, but even still in the context of all the not-so-deserving suffering going on around them, the enjoyment would be very short-lived. Zatarain, just from what I've seen (& tasted), seems fairly decent--and undeserving of this.

If done intentially, that was as tasteless as when Howard Stern called Air Florida Airlines and asked what the fare was for a one-way ticket from National Airport to the 14th Street Bridge shortly after the tragic plane crash in '82. And it ranks right up their when Doug "The Greaseman" Tracht, back in '86, when commenting about the upcoming Martin Luther King holiday said, "Hey, kill four more, and we can take a whole week off."
