I emailed DISH because I was being billed for premium channels that were part of a promotion that I cancelled before it ended. They emailed back and told me they were added after the promotion. I called and got that squared away but afterwards I lost access to all of my HD channels and all of the additional channels that are with my 120+ package on my Hopper and both Joeys. I spent 1 1/2 hours on chat with level one and two support and got no where. Now they are going to send a tech out to my house AT MY EXPENSE and no one can get here for two weeks since I work during the day on weekdays and they apparently only have techs available from 8-5.
The level two tech did absolutely nothing other than ask for software version and then offer me a free pay per view. What the heck do I want a free pay per view for when I can't even watch TV. I think I would rather just pack up all the equipment and have them come and pick it up.
