WMDE From Dover DE Being Received in DC area

WMDE is a new VHF station in DE brodcasting from Channel 5. I am surprised to see it being received here in the DC area----especially on my UHF antenna. But here it is. It carries Soul of the South which was formerly broadcast by a low power station which seems to have dropped it without a replacement.

Anyway let me know if you know anything about this.

It's not WMDE. WWTD-LD is now mapping one of its subchannels to 36-1 to match WMDE, which that subchannel is simulcasting.
