WJAR and WPRI added to Hartford locals

As the title says, they have been added. I'm curious as to why, since they are blacking out programming already. I can't watch CBS Sunday morning on WPRI. Maybe it's for NFL games, although WNAC (Fox) wasn't added.
 
That does seem odd. WJAR doesn't even serve the Hartford area, just Rhode Island and Southeastern Ma, I think. You'd think WNAC would be added, that does serve Hartford area!
 
None of the RI stations are (were?) in the Hartford dma, except as significantly viewed in Windham and New London counties, and only WPRI and WJAR. WNAC isn't considered sv.
