Wireless Joey's

I installed my first wireless Joey with no problems... I called to get 2 more and they keep telling me i need a tech to come out and do the installs. Is there anyway around this?

I bought mine, only way I found to avoid the stupid installer requirement. Was actually cheaper than paying for a tech visit, no contract extension & I can deactivate when I want. $57 on Amazon looks to be the cheapest.
