I will be running to 2 TV's and just wondering if I should buy the 7080 or the 7082. One TV will be about 35 feet and the other run would be about 45 feet max. Also would I need a preamp. If so which do you recommend. Here is my TV Fool settings. TV Fool

There is sufficient signal on ABC, CBS, NBC, and FOX with the smaller antenna. Your problem will be PBS. I'd use a second high gain yagi style UHF only aimed at WMSY and use a channel 42 Jointenna to add it to the all channel antenna. Reception of PBS will require a preamp.
