I have the Winegard Sensor II OTA antenna that was originally installed by Voom and I am still using it for my OTA locals. I am having a problem with one channel (Fox) that I can only get about 81% signal strength with. Can a amplifier be installed with this antenna? I'm using a DP-3020 combiner and both 811's are diplexed at the receivers.

Thanks

Winegard Sensar II usually comes with a built-in pre-amp. All you need to do is to supply voltage to it via the RG6 cable itself: 12-18 V AC or DC. You can pass voltage either through a power-passing switch/diplexer using the voltage supplied to the LNB, or by installing a separate power inserter, like this one:

PS-9370

Good luck!
