I rescued a Winegard 7.5' dish yesterday in good condition. It's pretty much cleaned up and ready to go. All the parts were there, with the probable exception of the polar mount's top bearing (see photos). I have a 10' Pinnacle, but with an Ajak mount, so that was no help. I looked at the manual for the Pinnacle, and that has me imagining a sliding assembly that follows the slot (to adjust the declination) with a bearing inside. If anyone can confirm what this is supposed to look like, a photo or a scan of the manual, I would very much appreciate it.

Thanks! That's exactly what I was envisioning although the slot on top of your mount is a little different than mine. This way I know I'm not going down a blind alley.
