Winegard 10' Satellite Receiver

Hello, Does anyone know where I can get a troubleshooting guide for a Winegard Satellite dish. This one is about 30 years old, and I have a customer that is having problems "tuning in" the channels. Or, is there anyone in S. California who can fix these? (Rancho Cucamonga / Ontario area)
