Many radar & microwave towers are rounded using FG shells. FG "rocks" have been on the market for some time. IN FACT< THAT IS IT! The cx can put a dish on the lawn with a FG rock cover.

yup but the non pen is uber big. It may take up most of your balcony. Their is another option, the installer could install a rail mount that would attach to your railing. But depending on your ha or rental company may not allow the attachment of the rail mount. Either way your installer should have it.
A non pen for a new install is considered part of the installation. If you are a former customer the tech can charge for the non pen but you might be able to get dtv to credit you back for any fees paid.
