If you don't have your widget registration number, you can get it by re-applying with the same exact info at http://www.iamanedgecutter.com
1) CANNOT login to Widget Website at all (are #1125 or lower)
a. Need the # from iamanedgecutter.com
b. Confirmation that you are using the SAME login that you submitted to http://www.iamanedgecutter.com
c. Confirmation that their login works at DIRECTV.COM
d. Do NOT reply if you can login by using all lowercase letters, this is an issue already found and being addressed.
2) You CAN login, but have to use an old password (ie: your current DIRECTV.COM password is not working, but an old one is)
a. Need the # from iamanedgecutter.com
b. Do NOT reply if you can login by using all lowercase letters, this is an issue already found and being addressed.
3) You CAN login, but do not see ANY receivers.
a. ALL HR2* & R2* and the H21-200 should be in your list; If you are only missing the HR22-100 please don't reply; this is an issue already found and being addressed.
b. Confirmation that the receivers do appear in your list of receivers at DIRECTV.COM
c. Need the # from iamanedgecutter.com
d. Do NOT reply if you can login by using all lowercase letters, and see all your receivers: this is an issue already found and being addressed.
4) The Widgets Dock will not come up on your STB (at a minimum you should see a Welcome To Widgets)
a. Your STB is running the current CE version
b. You have entered the keyword search: WIDGETSON
c. You have tried the right arrow, waited 10ish seconds, tried again and still no response.
d. You are using your remote and not the front panel.
e. Your systems are properly networked and can pass the network connection test (NOTE: Just the basic test, not necessarily network services)
f. Need the # from iamanedgecutter.com
g. Yes / No; from your PC can you do a DNS lookup on stbs.directv.com
h. Are you getting a BONG or some other sort of response from the system that it doesn't know what you are asking it to do
