Why no HDNET on Cox CT?

I want to talk about Drinking Made Easy and Inside MMA with one of my boys and he has Cox and doesn't know what the hell I am talking about. Why do they have to be so lame and not get this channel yet.

Who knows exactly why. Likely a money issue.
