Why is WNBC New York a Bad Picture?

WCBS is fine but WNBC is laced with horizontal bars and dark. Anyone else seeing this??

My D* HD sig is great, as usual but just got DNS on C Band. So far (tonight ) it's constant. I seem to remember a year ago when I had it on C Band, it was an average signal/picture back then. It's diff on the uplink as my WCBS is fine.

I believe dbs gets their signals from C-band , but not sure about the networks... must not or we would be seeing on D*... I may have to revive my dns on BUD after the 25th...
