So I just wanted to rant and know if anyone has had the same problem. So I called to order NBA League Pass with four installments like two weeks ago. The second I was on the phone I knew I should have hung up because it was a guy who had no idea what package it was, said I already had it since I have NHL and had MLB also. Anyways, he assured me it would be billed in four installments. Anyways, lo and behold when the preview ended...no League Pass. I spent 20 minutes on the phone with him two weeks ago.
So...I call again on Wednesday of last week and tell them I want it and I ordered it, told them I had a confirmation number (which I forgot at work) and they said, yeah that order didn't go through but we will order it for you now. I MADE SURE it was in four installments and I check my account today. Guess what, all $200 of it is billing at once. So now I am on the phone for the third time to have them reverse the charge and re-bill it hopefully in four installments. Why is this such an issue? I probably should have just paid it at $200 and made life easier, but now that it is the third time I have had to call I am going to get it in installments just out of principle.
