I got tiered of paying over 60 dollars for service each month and I had my service disconnected. I called and payed amout that was pass due and had placed my account on vacation hold, then I got letter from ESr collection agency for 300 dolars. It seems I am being charged for my own dish equipment that I purchased that the online store recomended on this forum. I wonder how did you guys deal with dish equipment that you had paid for . How do you get any dish to give you any discounts the other company is much cheaper and many of iptv services offer cheaer international programing

It sounds like Dish has your equipment listed as leased. Do you know how you signed up originally? Was it under a certain promotion? Are you under any contract currently?

It does indeed look as if your equipment was activated on your account as leased, as that is the only way we would have charge an unreturned equipment fee. It also sounds like your account was indeed disconnected and not on pause (vacation hold). I can review your account and see about correcting the equipment status. Can you please PM me your account # or phone# and the name on the account and I will let you know what we need to do to get this corrected. Thank you!
